Distributor Requirements

Business Requirements

  • Established wine/beverage distribution business (minimum 2 years)
  • Valid business license and liquor distribution permits
  • Temperature-controlled warehouse and delivery vehicles
  • Existing client base of restaurants, retailers, or wine shops
  • Professional insurance coverage (product liability, vehicles, warehouse)

Volume & Performance

  • Minimum initial order: 100 cases (negotiable by territory)
  • Minimum monthly volume commitment based on territory size
  • Demonstrated sales and distribution experience in wine category
  • Financial stability and ability to maintain inventory
  • Commitment to brand representation and market development
