Yes! You can use your points redemption in combination with most promotional codes and tier discounts. However, points cannot be used on gift card purchases or combined with wine club member discounts.

If you return an item, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account. If you've already redeemed those points, we'll subtract them from your current balance. Partially returned orders will have points adjusted accordingly.

Your tier status is evaluated in real-time based on your spending over the past 12 months. If you reach a new spending threshold, you'll be upgraded immediately and notified via email. Your tier status is reviewed monthly, and you'll maintain your current tier even if spending decreases, until the annual review.
